📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, mixers, and packaging machines.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new technologies and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and record maintenance activities in our ERP system.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using industrial tools and equipment, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of food production equipment and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
