📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and simulations using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and performance specifications
• Conduct stress analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and other simulations to validate design performance
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a strong focus on SolidWorks
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining technical drawings, 3D models, and simulations
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and performance specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid SolidWorks certification is a plus
