📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell Menarini’s portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers in Bali.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports and market analyses to stakeholders.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and showcase Menarini’s products.
• Provide ongoing support and training to healthcare providers on the use and benefits of Menarini’s products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
