As a Cost Accounting Specialist at Rusli Vinilon Sakti, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our cost accounting processes. You will work closely with production managers, supply chain analysts, and financial planners to gather data, analyze trends, and develop cost-saving strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of cost accounting principles, proficiency in using accounting software, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze production costs and prepare detailed cost reports using SAP and other accounting software.
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with production managers to identify areas for cost improvement.
- Prepare and present cost-related reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on cost accounting procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using SAP and other accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
