As a Liaison Officer, you will be the bridge between our clients and our service providers. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel arrangements, ensuring that all details are taken care of to provide a seamless experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Communicate with clients and service providers to ensure all details are taken care of and to address any issues or concerns.
• Manage and maintain client databases and travel documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of travel and consultancy services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and service providers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel and tourism, preferably in a liaison or coordinator role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with travel management software, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
