📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible support and services.
• Provide technical guidance and advice to clients to help them make informed decisions about their IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and provide feedback to the IT team to improve our services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure that our clients receive the most innovative and effective solutions.
• Manage and track client accounts, including contract renewals and new business opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans for our clients.
• Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using IT tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.
• Certifications in IT consulting or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
