📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Identify, onboard, and manage a network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and affiliate-specific platforms.
• Create and distribute compelling content to promote our products and services through our affiliate network.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and influencer relations.
• Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliate partners to ensure mutual growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in driving affiliate sales and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
