📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive the correct items and change.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet, including stocking products, cleaning work areas, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Assist in managing inventory, including counting stock, ordering supplies, and reporting any discrepancies.
• Promote our products and services to customers, upselling where appropriate and providing information about our brand.
• Handle cash transactions securely, including counting cash at the end of the shift and reconciling the cash drawer.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in processing orders and maintaining cleanliness.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
