📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage customer data and transactions using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Support sales representatives in achieving their targets by providing them with the necessary tools and resources.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Assist in the organization and planning of sales events and promotions.
- Provide training and support to new sales representatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the sales and distribution industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
