📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals with a warm and professional manner.
• Manage and schedule appointments using our in-house system.
• Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate medical staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure smooth communication between medical staff and patients.
• Manage front desk operations, including billing and payments.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or receptionist roles in a healthcare facility or similar environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
