📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze client requirements and develop ERP solutions that align with business objectives.
• Implement, customize, and configure ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions with existing systems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend best practices to clients.
• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference and training purposes.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ERP consulting or a similar role.
• Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes and a proven track record of delivering successful ERP implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA).
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
