Provide technical support and assistance to the sales team, ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.,Assist in the development and implementation of technical solutions to meet customer requirements.,Conduct technical demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales team members.,Monitor and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure that our products and services are up-to-date and meet industry standards.,Maintain and update technical documentation and resources for the sales team.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.,Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales support or engineering role.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of our products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.,Proven ability to develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer requirements.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze technical performance metrics.,Experience with technical documentation and resources, and the ability to maintain and update them as needed.,Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
