📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop advanced packaging solutions for semiconductor devices.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new packaging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process guidelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address packaging defects and yield issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in semiconductor packaging.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to ensure continuous skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of packaging standards and best practices within the organization.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging technology development.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging processes, materials, and reliability.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools and packaging design software.
  • Knowledge of failure analysis techniques and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
