Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software.,Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure smooth operations.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.,Train and mentor junior IT staff to ensure the continued growth and development of the IT team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems and processes support the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining IT systems and networks.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of company data.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
