📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the specialty polymers and fluoropolymers industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales calls.,Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemicals or plastics industry.,Strong understanding of the specialty polymers and fluoropolymers market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
