Place Store Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in merchandising and display activities to attract customers and drive sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail sales software and POS systems is a plus.,Must be able to travel and work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and have good English communication skills.
