📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Manage and maintain our marketing databases using tools like Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing support or a similar role.
• Proficient in using marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Canva.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
