📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional media.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals.,Create and maintain marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Manage the company's social media presence and engage with customers.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or construction industry.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM card and active social media accounts.
