📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa and health club, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and develop a team of spa therapists, fitness instructors, and support staff.
• Implement and monitor spa and fitness programs, including treatment menus, class schedules, and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Plan and execute special events, workshops, and promotions to enhance member engagement.
• Collaborate with the hotel's marketing and sales teams to drive spa and fitness revenue.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all interactions with guests and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Health and Fitness, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing spa and fitness facilities, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Certification in spa management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Knowledge of wellness trends and industry best practices.
