📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the work of pharmacist assistants to ensure high-quality pharmacy services.,Oversee the preparation and distribution of medications to patients.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical standards.,Develop and implement training programs for pharmacist assistants.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.,Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medications and supplies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding medications and services.,Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software and systems.,Knowledge of regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
