📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.,Conduct and interpret laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.,Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and achieve targets.,Document and report test results, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to stakeholders.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.,Ensure adherence to quality control measures and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GLP, GMP).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
