Junior HR Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Supporting the HR team in maintaining employee records and handling HR administration tasks.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conducting employee surveys and providing feedback to the HR team.
• Assisting in the organization of HR-related events and activities.
• Supporting the HR team in managing employee relations and addressing employee concerns.
• Assisting in the development of training programs for new employees.
• Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate or entry-level HR professional with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
• Familiarity with Indonesian HR laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
