📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and users.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
