In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement system improvements.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption.,Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning tools, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
