📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.,Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, final reports, and other documentation.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.,Proficiency in using civil engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards is a plus.
