📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department,Manage a team of finance professionals and ensure they are performing at their best,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws,Handle financial planning and budgeting for the company,Develop and maintain relationships with key financial stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices,Experience in financial reporting and analysis,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using financial software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
