📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage with potential customers through BNI's banking network
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate the value of BNI Life Insurance products
• Close sales and manage customer relationships using Salesforce CRM
• Conduct market research and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with BNI's banking partners to promote and sell insurance products
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts to customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and other relevant sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer locations as needed
