📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.
  • Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
  • Participate in store promotions and special events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English.
