📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Evaluate training needs and design programs to address these needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Provide feedback and support to employees to enhance their performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
