📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
