Ondel Technology Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities and managing logistics operations to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and logistics, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate sales activities with sales teams and customers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.,Manage logistics operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and logistics performance to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and logistics strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the sales and logistics teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and logistics coordination.,Strong understanding of sales and logistics processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
