PT SECM Tech Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor to join our team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our workplace, implementing safety protocols, and promoting a culture of safety excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.,Train and educate employees on safety procedures, protocols, and best practices.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Investigate accidents and incidents, determine their causes, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and records.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.,Promote a culture of safety and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety supervision or a related role.,Certification in safety management, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining safety programs.,Familiarity with safety management software and tools is a plus.
