📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of the recruitment market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best talent.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure we are meeting our hiring goals.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
