📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Check in and check out guests, and ensure they have all the necessary information.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including answering machines, phones, and other equipment.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception calendar.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and filing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
