In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that our logistics solutions are aligned with our clients' business objectives. You will work with a team of experienced professionals, leveraging our advanced logistics management system, including SAP and other industry-standard tools, to provide exceptional service to our clients.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales activities and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate with the logistics operations team to ensure that all logistics solutions are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Leverage SAP and other industry-standard tools to manage and optimize logistics operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that our logistics solutions are delivering the desired results.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales and logistics skills.
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of Serasi Autoraya by driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP and other logistics management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
