As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our restaurant equipment and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance of restaurant equipment, including refrigerators, grills, and kitchen appliances.,Ensure that all equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Troubleshoot and repair any issues with equipment or systems.,Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving measures where possible.,Train and supervise junior maintenance technicians.,Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment status.,Collaborate with the kitchen and dining staff to ensure that equipment is available and ready for use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.,Experience with restaurant equipment and kitchen appliances is a plus.,Knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
