As a Lead Line Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food items in our kitchen. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations and maintaining our reputation for quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items according to standard recipes and procedures.,Ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Manage and supervise a team of line cooks to ensure efficient and effective food preparation.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and efficiency.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure optimal use of resources.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.,Train and develop line cooks to improve their skills and knowledge.,Participate in inventory management and food cost control to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising a team of line cooks.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
