📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the inventory control system to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels.,Manage and optimize inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of inventory.,Implement and maintain inventory management software and systems.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.,Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to meet company goals.,Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing inventory processes and systems.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
