Puskesmas Zahra Bakery is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
