In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
