📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures related to vehicle usage and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving company vehicles.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to vehicle operation and maintenance.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong understanding of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
