The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
