Pacific Property is seeking a dedicated Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dili. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for property maintenance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of property systems and equipment.,Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.,Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend the life of property assets.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.,Maintain and update maintenance records and schedules.,Assist in emergency repairs and respond to maintenance requests promptly.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Perform minor repairs and replacements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or related field.,Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
